Era l'epoca in cui si ballavano i lenti coperti di metallo. Eh già, "la rock" sapeva fermarsi, smetteva di pogare a volte si sedeva per la canzone della pace. Altre, semplicemente si stringeva. Era l'epoca in cui le parole erano troppo acerbe per spiegare tutto quell'amore che si riusciva a provare. Allora si dondolava piano, stretti in un unico abbraccio, e si cantava una lingua sconosciuta che entrava dritta nell'anima. Era l'epoca dei "per sempre", dei "non vivo senza te", delle promesse da cavaliere oltre il confine del tempo, quando tutto il futuro pareva già pronto per noi... e non sapevamo ancora di non essere pronti per lui.

E c'era questa canzone quella domenica, e quell'immagine è riapparsa davanti ai miei occhi oggi, mentre in autostrada giudavo e ascoltavo la radio. Ed è stato un respiro, un ricordo, non un rimpianto... ed è stato bello poterlo rivivere depurato da ogni orgoglio ferito, da ogni ragione insensata.
